THE ADVENTURES "PEEK-A-BOO, I LOVE YOU" PROGRAM In this special camp, uncover more ways to say "I love you" using American Sign language, soap bubbles, and parent-baby dances that stimulate Baby's eyes, body and mind. Expose baby to a variety of music in many tones, rhythms, styles, and languages, helping her to relax and strengthen vital neural connections. In classic Kindermusik style, hear new and familiar tunes, including THE ADVENTURES "OH, WHAT BUSY DAYS" PROGRAM Set your baby's day to classical music. With a little more Tchaikovsky in your "Twinkle, Twinkle" repertoire you'll discover new ways your baby benefits from the classics as you both develop an appreciation for the world's most respected music. THE ADVENTURES "CREATURES IN MY BACKYARD" PROGRAM Your child and Zoo Train make a natural match-- always on the move! Hop on aboard the traveling zoo train: bring your own stuffed animal for the petting zoo; wear long white socks on your hands for polar bear paws; and learn about real animals in the zoo. Sing new songs in new languages. Create and learn more about each other and create many happy musical memories, too! Each lesson includes craft/snack time to develop those fine motor skills: make stringy monkeys, clothespin giraffes and more!Back to Class Schedule THE ADVENTURES "SPLASH! & CARNIVAL FUN" PROGRAM Ahoy, there mates! Come sail aboard on a musical ocean adventure! Come meet a number of whimsical waterfront friends including the seagull, crab, dolphin, octopus and whale in this beloved Kindermusik Adventure camp. Through music, movement, storytelling and instrument exploration, your child will uncover sea creatures living in the great outdoors. THE ADVENTURES "ON THE ROAD" DROP-OFF PROGRAM Designed specifically for the independent preschoolers who learn through imagination and pretend play! This camp makes the most of a preschooler's burgeoning imagination, ability to learn more words, solve problems and interact with peers. We'll take imaginary trips to summer vacation destinations such as the carnival, a summer cottage, and the beach. Camp includes fun, edible and imaginative snacks/crafts. Parent join in during the last 20 minutes of class time to create together!. Back to Class Schedule THE ADVENTURES "RHYTHMS OF THE LAND" DROP-OFF PROGRAM Designed specifically for the independent preschoolers who are ready to learn one of the most fun and important elements in music--rhythm! We'll explore the rhythms and sounds of Native American music. As we investigate, compare and contrast a wide variety of drums and materials they're made from, your preschooler develops the investigative vocabulary needed in the sciences. When you repeat rhythm patterns at home and share the activities together, your child gets an early start in math and langague, too. Camp includes fun snacks or musical craft making. With a doctorate degree in Music, numerous concert performances, a former university faculty member, a former Kindermusik educator, and currently the music director and organist at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Miss Jean has over 20 years experience teaching piano to students of all ages and all levels. She has created a method of teaching piano that is based on sound proven techniques and theories for children 6 years and up (or earlier if they are ready).
