• Fall 2007 classes have begun but mid-semester enrollment is welcomed.

• Classes meet weekly 8- or 15-week semester.
• No classes will be held on during the week of September 3-7, and November 19-24, 2007.

Schedule is subject to change without notice. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Weekend classes fill quickly and class sizes are small. Register early to ensure you and your child will receive your At-Home Materials on the first day of class!
REGISTRATION:
Step 1: Call 916-419-6999 or email musikandmotion@yahoo.com for information and to confirm your space in class.
Step 2: Print and complete the registration form and fax it to 530-756-9140, or mail it with your check payable to Sunny S. Kira (see below).
Step 3: Mail your check for your registration fee. Make checks payable to: Sunny S. Kira. Mail to: David Kira, c/o M&M @ Med. Vis. Tech., 635 Anderson Rd., Suite 1, Davis, CA 95616. Be sure to indicate the name of your program and the day and time of your class.
REGISTRATION AND TUITION FEES:
• Your registration fee + tuition fee = total cost of program including your At-Home Materials Kit.
• Your registration fee reserves a place for your child in the class of your choice. Your registration fee includes the high quality At-Home Materials Kit from Kindermusik International and is non refundable. Home Materials Kits may only be given to persons attending class.
• Your tuition fee may be mailed together with your registration fee, or it may be brought to your first day of class. A full payment (registration and tuition fees) is due on or before the first day of class. Registration form and fees must be received before the start of class.
• In the event a class is full, you may choose to be placed on a wait list. You will be notified if a spot is available.
• In the event the class of your choice does not meet a minimum enrollment and is cancelled, your registration fee and/or tuition, if paid, will be fully refunded.

MUSIKANDMOTION POLICIES
WARRANTEE, REFUND, OR WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
• 100% satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with your Kindermusik experience after attending 5 consecutive weeks in the class you are enrolled (research and experience have shown that it takes young children time and consistency to adjust to their social environment), your tuition fee will be fully refunded. Please submit your request in writing before the end of the semester for which you have enrolled.
• Registration fees are non-refundable as your At-Home Materials are ordered upon receipt of your registration fees and are yours to keep.
RETURNED CHECKS:
• There is a $35 charge for returned checks to cover our costs.
CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY AND SCHEDULE CHANGES:
• Missed classes may be made up only within the current semester of enrollment and at the location for which you have enrolled. A caregiver, nanny or family relative is welcome to bring your child to class in the event you can't attend the make-up class. Please call 916-419-6999 or email musikandmotion@yahoo.com to schedule your make-up class.
• If your child has a fever, is vomitting or has cold/flu symptoms, please keep him or her at home for the well-being of everyone and call or email to schedule your make-up class(es). If your child is just teething and has a runny nose, then by all means bring her to class.
• If a class is canceled by the instructor due to illness or personal emergency the session will be made-up or refunded at a prorated hourly rate.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS:
• Receive $50 off on your second child's tuition when you enroll him/her in the same or different curriculum (both programs must be 10 weeks or more in length). Ask about Sibling discounts on At-Home Materials Kits. Your third child receives 50% off on his/her tuition!
YOUR REFERRALS ARE APPRECIATED:
• Take home a free Kindermusik instrument each time your new-to-Kindermusik friends register for classes @ Musikandmotion!
ESSENTIAL CLASS INFORMATION - PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTRATION
NO SHOES, PLEASE:
Children learn best when they can utilize all of their senses, including their bare feet! It also keeps our floors clean for everyone, especially our youngest learners who spend most of their time on the floor. Parents are welcome to wear nonskid socks.
NON-ENROLLED SIBLINGS:
Due to limited class sizes and our goal of one-on-one, parent-child interaction, we ask that those enrolled in our classes make arrangements for non-enrolled siblings during weekly class times. One adult per child is recommended. Thank you for helping us to promote the very best possible learning environment for all our students and families.
PROMOTING AN OPTIMAL LEARNING ENVIRONMENT:
• Children are constantly on the move (don't we wish we had their energy?) and in our Kindermusik classes, we take advantage of this boundless energy and transform it into musical and creative possibilities for our children. However, unsupervised running in close proximity to other children of varying ages is unsafe for everyone involved. In order to ensure a safe learning environment for everyone, please supervise your child. If your child needs to run, please hold his/her hand!
• Just as adults, children have good as well as bad days. Fortunately, music brings out the best in all of us! At times, your child may experience an "off day." Try to give your child a break from the class to regroup. Sometimes, that may be all a child needs, and a little talk from you.
• If on the other hand, a child is demonstrating unsafe and aggressive behavior (biting, kicking, hitting, or throwing objects) towards others and studio property, your child will be warned or if necessary, dismissed from class early. In the event there is a second offense, you will be asked to take your child home for the remainder of class time as well as the next class. A third offense will result in dismissal from the semester program for the safety of others. The Kindermusik eductor reserves all rights to dismiss a child from the program if the safety of children, adults, and property are involved.
OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINKS, AND TOYS:
Please refrain from bringing outside food, drinks, or toys to our class time. If there are any special needs we should be aware of, please inform your instructor.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES & CUSTOMIZED CLASSES:
• Yes! Kindermusik birthday parties are now available for children ages newborn to 5 years! You can also customize a semester long Kindermusik class just for you, your closest friends and family, at our studio. Please contact us for more details.
